The essential oils in GUT SUPPORT blend were chosen for their therapeutic properties and soothing aromas. The soft minty aroma of Spearmint combines with the warm, soothing properties of Black Pepper, Cardamom, Nutmeg, and Rosemary. Mandarin adds a touch of sweetness to the aroma and enhances the gentle calming effect of this blend.
Many prefer to get GUT SUPPORT Blend as a roll-on because it’s so easy to use. Unscrew the cap, tip the bottle, and roll the already diluted blend directly on your skin. (Remember, you don’t want to use undiluted essential oils directly on your skin for safety reasons.) But with this roll-on, it’s ready to go straight from the bottle, no need to mix or measure. You can keep it next to your bed, in your office desk drawer, in your car, purse, backpack, or even pocket!
Apply the roll-on directly to your abdomen. If you’re feeling queasy, you can also apply a small amount in the palm of your hands, cup your hands over your nose, and inhale the aroma.
Heated Pillow. Apply roll-on to your abdomen, then cuddle the heated pillow for additional relief of stomach aches or stomach cramping.
Warm Bath. Apply roll-on to your abdomen, massaging in the direction the colon flows. Step into a warm-to-hot bath. While you should never add essential oils directly to bath water, your roll-on has already been diluted to a safe level. No time for a bath? A hot shower works wonders, too!
