How You Can Use CITRUS SPLASH When You Need a Boost
After Shower:
After showering, while your skin is still damp, place 1–3 drops of Citrus Splash into the palm of your hand. Rub hands together and gently apply to arms, legs, and torso, avoiding sensitive areas. Follow with lotion or body oil to seal in moisture and aroma.
Bath:
Mix 4–8 drops of Citrus Splash with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil (such as fractionated coconut oil). You may also blend with ½ cup of whole milk or heavy cream. Add to a warm bath and soak for 10–15 minutes while breathing deeply to enjoy the uplifting citrus aroma.
Foot Bath:
Mix 1–3 drops of Citrus Splash with ½ teaspoon of carrier oil. Add to a basin of warm water deep enough to cover feet and ankles. Soak for 10–15 minutes while inhaling the aroma and massaging tired feet.
Body Lotion:
Add 6–30 drops of Citrus Splash to 1 ounce of fragrance-free, natural lotion. Apply especially after bathing for a refreshing, energizing effect.
Body Oil:
Blend 6–30 drops in 1 ounce of carrier oil such as fractionated coconut or sweet almond oil. Apply to skin after showering or bathing.
Diffusion:

Easy alternative: Place 2–4 drops on cotton balls or tissues and position nearby or in a fan or air vent.
Inhalation:
Place 1–3 drops on a tissue and inhale deeply through the nose. Pause and repeat as needed. Avoid direct contact with skin near the nose.
