How You Can Use CHILL Blend When You Need to Reset
After Shower:
After showering, while your skin is still damp, place 1–3 drops of Chill in the palm of one hand and rub hands together. Apply quickly and evenly over legs, arms, and torso. Avoid sensitive areas. For extra hydration and to seal in moisture, follow with lotion or body oil.
Bath:
Combine 4–8 drops of Chill with 1 tsp carrier oil (like fractionated coconut oil) or add to ½ cup whole milk/heavy cream. (Optional: 1–2 cups Epsom salts if you’re tense.) Fill the tub with warm water, add mixture, swirl, and soak for 10–15 min while inhaling the calming aroma.
Foot Soak:
Mix 1–3 drops with ½ tsp carrier oil in a small tub of warm water. Soak feet for 10–15 min, breathe deeply, and let the comfort wash over you.
Body Lotion:
Blend 6–30 drops of Chill with 1 oz fragrance-free lotion. Apply all over after shower/bath for silky, calming skin care.
Body Oil:
Combine 6–30 drops with 1 oz of carrier oil (fractionated coconut or sweet almond). Massage into skin for soothing relaxation.
Diffusion:
Fill your diffuser with water per manufacturer instructions and add Chill to disperse a calming atmosphere throughout your space
No diffuser?
Place 2–4 drops on cotton balls or tissues and set near a fan, vent, or bedside.
Inhalation:
Put 1–3 drops on a tissue and inhale deeply through your nose — pause and breathe again. (Avoid touching your nose with the tissue.)
Massage:
Mix 6–30 drops in 1 oz carrier oil or lotion and massage into tense muscles or shoulders.
Room Mist:
Blend 30–60 drops in 4 oz water in a mister bottle. Shake before use and avoid eyes. Spray around your room to create a relaxing atmosphere.
